When we serve each other, we serve the Lord.

At St. Luke's, Service is central to our faith. We actively engage in various ministries to support our neighbors and foster a compassionate community.

Neighbor-to-Neighbor Food Pantry

Our Neighbor-to-Neighbor Food Pantry provides food, toiletries, and other essentials to our neighbors in need.

Open 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 4:30-5:30 PM

Please note: The pantry closes when Cedar Falls Schools are closed due to bad weather.

Most Needed Items:

  • Proteins

  • Canned goods (vegetables, fruits, soups)

  • Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins)

  • Hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, soap, menstrual products)

Donation baskets are available in the narthex.

Every donation is a meaningful way to show care and connection. It's one more way we remind each other that everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and loved as a neighbor.

Friendsgiving Potluck & Blanket Drive

Each year, we gather for a Friendsgiving meal and create tie blankets to donate to the Friends of the Family Domestic Violence Shelter, offering warmth and comfort to those in need.

Lasagna Dinner

"World Famous!" (At least, we think so!)

Each fall, we gather for our beloved Lasagna Dinner, a cozy evening of great food, warm conversation, and community spirit.

Enjoy generous helpings of homemade meat and vegetarian lasagna, fresh salad, dessert, and your choice of wine or other beverages all served by candlelight in a welcoming atmosphere.

Come for the lasagna. Stay for the company.

Proceeds benefit the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, helping us extend the table even further into our community.
